Do Not Put Her Face On Every Stranger
You see a girl who reminds you of your ex. The outfit, makeup, body language, partying, flirting, drinking, laughing, or being around guys triggers a painful thought: maybe your ex was doing the same thing while you were together. The stranger becomes a screen for everything you still cannot prove, control, or fully understand.
lookalike_projection_loop.exe
The system is treating a visual trigger as evidence. This person is not your ex. This scene is not proof. The mind is using resemblance to reopen old betrayal fear, jealousy, and uncertainty. The pain may be real, but the trigger is not new data.
A stranger is not evidence. A resemblance is not a confession. My mind is allowed to feel the hit, but I do not turn a random person into a courtroom for my past relationship. I separate trigger from truth, then return to myself.
That is a trigger, not proof.
Name what got triggered, write one confirmed fact, write one assumption, then do one grounding action: breathe, walk, look away, open work, text no one, or leave the scene cleanly.
sudo kill -9 lookalike_projection_loop.exe && enable trigger_not_evidence_mode
The system saw a similar visual pattern and opened the old ex file automatically. But similar input does not equal the same person, same event, or new evidence.
Flag it as a false match. Keep the memory archived and return to the active screen.
Execution sequence
-
01
Name the trigger
Say exactly what reminded you of her: look, makeup, clothes, body language, party energy, guys, alcohol, or attitude.
-
02
Separate scene from story
The scene is what you saw. The story is what your mind added about your ex.
-
03
Lock the facts
Write one confirmed fact. Do not let assumptions sneak into the facts column.
-
04
Refuse the evidence jump
A random girl doing something does not prove your ex did it while you were together.
-
05
Stop feeding the wound
No checking old photos, social media, old texts, timelines, or imagined scenes.
-
06
Return to command
Do one action that puts you back in your life: walk, work, train, breathe, clean, leave, or open the next task.
